Club Information

Gladstone is a great family destination with a mixed bag of fishing. Saltwater anglers can choose from estuary, surf, rock and blue water, while freshwater offerings include streams and dams.

The Club was formed in 1979, currently with a record of over 90 members and proudly the largest tag and release club in Queensland. Gladstone Sportfishing Club considers itself to be a family based club, with goals of getting the whole family involved, and Fishing Today for Tomorrow.

Club outings are organised each month to different locations in Central Queensland. From the top of Curtis Island down to 1770 and out to Cania Dam.
